Bookings & Cancellations:-By using this Booking Service you agree to inform 'Australian Animal Oral Care'

if you intend to Cancel your appointment(s) at least 24 hrs before the scheduled Appointment time.

If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to charge you up to(and inclusive of) 1/3 of the Requested Service Fee as applicable in Australian Currency listed in the Services Booking list.(Booking Page)

If you choose to reschedule an appointment to a new date within 28 days from the cancelled date, we will not charge you any additional fees.

Service Fee Payment:-By making a Booking with this Service, You agree to be held entirely responsible for any and all Fees related to the Service(s) requested. At no time can you transfer said Fee's or the responsibility to Pay said Fee's to a(or any) thirdparty. You also agree to pay any and all outstanding said Fees at the completion of Service(s) as requested by us.

Refunds or credit may or may not be given at our discretion.
